PART ONE—-JEWELLERY MATERIAL
Q1: WHAT KIND OF METAL DOES ANYLOVEY USE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
A1:We only use solid 18-karat gold in our jewellery. Measured in 24ths, 18-karats denotes 18/24 parts of gold. The remaining percentage is an alloy added to enhance durability of naturally soft metals allowing us to guarantee our products for life.
Q2: WHAT IS THE QUALITY OF YOUR STONES?
A2: All of our white diamonds for jewellery are graded VS1-SI (‘eye-clean’) or above for clarity, and Near Colorless at G-H. Each product page contains detailed information about its specific cut, stone shape, and total carat weight. We pre-select only the best and brightest for our customers.
Q3: DO ANYLOVEY PIECES CONTAIN ANY NICKEL?
A3: Only our 14k and 18k White Gold options contain nickel, to give the metal its white luster and hardness. If you have an allergy to nickel and would like white metal, we recommend Platinum.
PART TWO—-SHIPMENT AND DELIVERY:
Q1: HOW LONG DO INTERNATIONAL ORDERS TAKE TO ARRIVE?
A1: In-stock orders ship within five to seven business days. Out-of-stock and custom pieces are made-to-order and ship within twenty business days.
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send you tracking information so you can keep a watchful eye on it as it makes its way to you. It can take up to 48 hours for your courier to generate tracking information on their website, so don’t panic if it doesn’t show up right away.
Q2: WILL ANY DUTIES & TAXES ON MY ORDER BE REFUNDED?
A2: International customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable, but you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs office directly. As it varies from country to country, you might want to check your customs office’s policy before returning your items.
Q3: WHAT EXPRESS COME WITH MY ORDER?
A3: We usually use DHL to ship products to ensure the safety of your order, and it is also the most time-sensitive to ship to the world.
PART THREE—-WARRANTARY AND POLICIES
Q1:DOES MY PURCHASE INCLUDE A WARRANTY ?
A1: ANYLOVEY stands behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry and offers a free lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on fine jewelry purchases. If you experience damage to your purchase due to manufacturing, please contact us so we may evaluate your piece. Email info@anylovey. com with photos, a short video, and a description of how the damage occurred. If we find the damage is not repairable via the provided images, we may not accept the item back for an evaluation.
Q2: DO YOU OFFER PERSONALIZED JEWELRY CUSTOMIZATION?
A2: If you wish to inquire about creating a custom jewellery design, please book an appointment to speak with our customer service.
Q3: MY JEWELLERY PIECE BROKE, HOW DO I HAVE IT REPAIRED?
A3: Please reach out to [email protected] for assistance! Include your order number, several photos, a short video and description of how the damage occurred.
Q4: CAN I HAVE MY JEWELLERY ENGRAVED, RESIZED OR REPAIRED BY A LOCAL JEWELER?
A4: You can certainly choose to have your piece resized, repaired or engraved by a local jeweler, but this will unfortunately void your lifetime warranty with us, since we can’t stand by another jeweler’s craftsmanship.
PART FOUR—-RETURN AND EXCHANGE:
Q1: CAN I EXCHANGE SOMETHING IN MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?
A1: We don’t offer international exchanges right now. However, you can modify or cancel your order before it ships. Please let us know at [email protected] and we’ll get right on it for you.
Q2: WHEN CAN I EXPECT A REFUND?
A2: If the product is regarded as counterfeit and shoddy after the inspection and appraisal by both of us, we will refund the money, returns take up to 10 business days to process once delivered safely to our office. Once refunded, the funds can take up to 7 business days to post to your account.
PART FIVE—- JEWELLERY FIT AND CARE
Q1: HOW SHOULD I CLEAN MY JEWELLERY?
A1: For a light cleaning, we recommend using a mild dish soap and warm water, for a deeper clean, we recommend using a gental cleaner, which is ideal for removing tiny particles that get trapped in hard to reach areas!
Q2:WHEN SHOULD I REMOVE MY JEWELLERY?
A2: Fine jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you leave the house and the first thing you take off when you get home!
When you remove your jewelry for bed, swimming, showering, and any other activity that may affect the integrity of your piece, please store each piece individually to avoid tangling and scratching. Please keep in mind, solid gold is durable but malleable, and scratches are to be expected with time and wear!
